May is Foot Health Awareness Month, and the Alberta Diabetes Foundation has
partnered with the Alberta Podiatry Association to create awareness about the
importance of foot care for diabetics.
It is extremely important that people with diabetes receive a detailed foot
examination at least once a year to identify high-risk foot conditions.
If you or someone you know has diabetes, please talk to your podiatrist about
proper foot care and treatment.
